Please read these terms carefully before starting a project.
The project will include only the pages, features, and services specifically discussed and approved before the project starts. Any additional page, feature, functionality, integration, redesign, or requirement requested after approval will be considered Additional Work and may require additional cost and timeline.
The Client shall provide all design references, requirements, and expectations before development begins. Once a design, layout, structure, or functionality has been approved, any major modification or redesign request will be treated as a new requirement and not as a revision.
The following revisions are included in the project:

The Client is responsible for providing all required content, including:
Any delay in providing content may result in an extension of the project timeline.
All project communication, feedback, and revision requests must be submitted through:
The Client agrees to provide revision requests in a clear and organized manner whenever possible.
Project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and content provided by the Client. If the Client delays feedback, approval, or required content for more than 7 days, the project timeline may be automatically extended.
The payment structure shall be:
The website will not be deployed until the final payment has been received.
If any scheduled payment is delayed: project work may be paused, development may be suspended, and deployment may be delayed. Work will resume once the pending payment has been cleared.
After receiving the full payment, the Developer will provide:
The Client will receive 15 days of free technical support after project deployment.
After the support period ends, all support and maintenance services will be charged separately.
Ownership of the website, project files, and related assets will be transferred to the Client only after full payment has been received.
The project will be considered completed upon final approval or deployment. Any requests received after project completion will be treated as a new project or additional work.
Any request that changes an already approved design, layout, structure, content arrangement, or functionality will be treated as additional work and may require additional cost and timeline.
